Neighborhood Living

Accomplishments include: 6 mentally ill adult males were served and cared for 24 hours/7 days a week. 2190 days of client care. All required psychiatric, medical, and dental appointments were completed. Individual plans of service were implemented and residents received training by direct care staff. No one required to be sent to the crisis center for psychiatric intervention. There were no readmissions to the regional psychiatric hospital due to positive interactions between residents and staff.
