Neighborhood Place of Kona

Neighborhood Place of Kona provides a variety of family and child-centered support services, including information and referral, problem-solving conversations, creation of family development plans, advocacy to successfully move through the child protective services process, culturally-based parenting skills strengthening programs, lending library of parent resource materials, and hosting annual community events with activities that foster positive parent-child interaction. The organization also actively participates in a number of networks, collaborations and inter-agency councils to reduce child abuse and neglect and increase family resiliency.
