Residential Rehab - This home improvement program may provide rehabilitation grants to customers who meet income eligibility requirements. Staff act as a liaison between the customer and the contractor; assisting with the outline of home improvement needs, selecting a contractor, and monitoring progress throughout the project. This program is also supported by $956,974 of government grants.
Home Ownership Services - The Organization provides pre- and post-purchase education for potential homebuyers. One-on-one credit and budget counseling are provided to assist in the journey to homeownership. This program also includes a foreclosure prevention counseling program which provides services to residents of Erie and Niagara counties. Our lending services also provide purchase assistance loans which supplement traditional purchase financing for qualified first time home buyers. This program manages the organizations loan portfolio including collections, restructuring of loans, and counseling customers.This program is also supported by $107,960 of government grants.
Property - This program oversees the operation, control, and supervision of various properties and rental units. Management executes the monitoring and accountability needed for its useful life and condition. This program is also supported by $946 of government grants.
