In fiscal year 2023, 295 down payment loans were provided totaling $2,688,532 in funds. In addition, 105 Home repair loans were provided totaling $2,679,959 in funds.
Hud approved counseling and education Services were provided to families to help them buy or keep what is likely one of the biggest purchases in their lives - their Home. In fy23, 619 families received these Services.
