The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to promote social welfare within the meaning of section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code ("irc"), including but no limited to, advocating for and educating the public, elected leaders and candidates about the need for stronger law to protect workers and to promote economic and racial justice.
