Civic Engagement: NEO Action Fund promotes civic engagement through grant-making, funder alignment, and voter education to support movement-building and advocacy at the state, local, and national levels. The program seeks to support creation of a policy environment that is more inclusive of all voters, especially young people, people of color, and underrepresented communities.
