Program areas at Netcare Access
Emergency services - Netcare access provides crisis and community-based mental health and substance abuse services, primarily to residents of franklin county and the surrounding area: crisis hotline and 988 services, crisis stabilization, community mobile teams, developmental disabilities, outpatient, and assessments. Services are provided through contracts with the franklin county alochol, drug and mental health (adamh) board, substance abuse and mental health services administration (samhsa), and other funders. Services are provided to anyone, regardless of the ability to pay. No one in need will be turned away.
Residential/treatment services - miles house is a short-term treatment facility for individuals with mental illness. This is a voluntary program where clients learn to stay sober, manage symptoms, deal with family stress and interact with each other and the community.
Forensic and family psychological - the Netcare forensic center is one of ten forensic evaluation centers funded to provide forensic evaluation services for the common pleas criminal court general (criminal) division in Ohio. The Netcare forensic center is certified by the state of Ohio, department of mental health and addiction services (ohiomhas), as a designated forensic evaluation center to provide comprehensive forensic evaluations for an 11 county area, which includes Delaware, fairfield, fayette, franklin, hocking, jackson, licking, madison, pickaway, ross, and union counties. Forensic services are provided within the time frames established by law or by contractual agreement.
