Netnhub's mission is to advance the business conditions and overall economic prosperity of an eight county area in Northeast TN, which comprises of Johnson, Unicoi, Carter, Washington, Sullivan, Green, Hawkins and Hancock Counties. They support existing economic development through the use of Anthill software which is focused on employee retention and upskilling for employees who don't typically receive traditional communication from management. Program areas at Netnhub

Purchased anthill software, a tool focused on employee retention and upskilling for employees who are not at a desk and do not receive traditional employee communication from management. Software is used to assist with employee attrition rates and maintaining engagement in the labor force. Program is of zero cost to employees and is available in multile languages to address potential communication barriers. Program will measrue change in turnover rates, percentage of employees utilizing the text system, number of employees offered advancement opportunities, number of employes offered and accepted upskilling opportunities, average wage increases and new hire referrals. Several companies and employees participated in the pilot program this year.
