Annual conference and educational workshops- the annual conference is the site of the annual meetings, awards presentation, vendor displays of new equipment, techincal presentations and a forum for association meetings and business.
Operations challenge - nwea support of the operations challenge provides support to teams in the state of Nevada to compete both regionaly and nationaly and aids wastewater workers to improve their skill levels.
Certification program - nwea certification program administrates both state mandated wastewater certifications, in addition to a voluntary program for lab analysts and collection workers.
Public education - nwea serves to educate the public regarding wasterwater and other Water quality issues, with a focus on elementary, junior high, high school and post secondary students.
