Naam proudly served over 2,000 refugees and immigrants during 2023. Our core services include employment services, immigration and citizenship services, educational programs, youth programs, outreach services, and behavioral health and wellness programs amongst various other services provided. These services are fundamental to accomplishing naam's mission to support New americans in their journey towards integration and self-sufficiency through a welcoming environment where individuals and families can thrive, contribute to their communities, and fully embrace the opportunities available to them. Naam's employment services aided over 400 individuals in overcoming resettlement challenges and achieving job readiness. Education is a foundational element of our services. Our english language programs assisted approximately 300 students in improving their communication skills, vital for successful integration. The youth programs support approximately 400 young individuals with educational support, mentorship, and enrichment activities, ensuring they feel valued and connected in their New community. Recognized by the department of justice, naam provides essential immigration services. Our accredited staff offers legal assistance, advice, and pro-bono services. The citizenship program, with its esl/civics classes, prepares clients for citizenship interviews and educates them on u.s. history and government, while our application assistance ensures that even low-income populations can navigate the naturalization process successfully.our dedication to providing a spectrum of services addresses the varied needs of refugees and immigrants. From infants to young adults, we are committed to equipping each individual with the necessary tools for a successful life in their New home. Our work is a testament to the power of community and the enduring spirit of resilience and hope.
