New Brunswick Uaw Housing Corporation

Housing for elderly families with limited income in New Brunswick, New jersey (213 units). The organization sold its low income Housing building on july 17, 2013 to jpf Uaw urban renewal Housing llc, a related organization (see schedule r). All rental operations for New Brunswick Uaw Housing Corporation ceased as of july 17, 2013. The Corporation received a promissory note in conjunction with the sale. As a result of nj state Housing mortgage finance agency regulations and policies the organization is required to terminate and distribute its assets, including the mortgage loan note, to another tax-exempt non-profit organization. The termination and asset distribution occurred on april 4, 2014 (see schedule n).
