We are located in a health professional shortage area for medical & dental services. As a provider that accepts medicare & medicaid, we serve a vulnerable, low-income population & specialize in providing excellent treatment to persons with disabilities. Services offered include primary care & general dentistry, as well as podiatry, psychiatry, & gynecology specialties, provided by consulting physicians who are focused on serving the disabled population. We are recognized as a level 3 patient-centered medical home from the national committee for qulaity assurance, one of six primary care practices in the country to earn this prestigious distinction for excellence in patient care.
