Program areas at New England Women in Energy and the Environment
the newiee awards gala recognizes the achievements of Women in Energy and environmental industries. An in-person event was held in 2023 with 592 attendees and 616 tickets sold.
Annual members meeting/fall fete - the annual meeting and fall fete brings newiee members together to review the events of the year and plot the course for newiee in the upcoming year and how it can best serve its members. the annual meeting is followed by the fall fete, a networking reception that is open to the general public and affords an opportunity for prospective New members to meet newiee's board and advisory board in a casual networking Environment. This event was held in-person in 2023 and had approximately 200 participants in attendance.
Newiee memberships provide access to a member directory, the ability for organizational members to post open positions on newiee's job board, discounts on tickets to newiee's signature events, ability to participate in meetings and roundtables that shape the course of newiee, and provide recognition to organizational members through website, newsletter and on social media. Newiee had approximately 1,200 members in 2023.
