New Growth Innovation Network (ngin) is a national nonprofit focused on advancing inclusive economic development to ensure that economicallydisenfranchised individuals and communities can lead, shape and benefitfrom regional economic Growth and prosperity. In 2023, ngin launchedtwo national programs, the small and midsize city hub supportingcommunity and economic leaders in 118 cities in 44 states and theequity impact investments program, building capacity for 120 communityand economic development organizations and advancing partnerships in 24locations. Additionally, ngin scaled the advancing economic mobilityprogram in 5 locations, deepened insights on inclusive technology-basedeconomic development (i-tbed), launched insights on equity in federalinvestments, launched insights on inclusive industry clusters and beganwork on equitable development of climate and cleantech investments.
