New Hampshire Health Information Organization

Work to establish an electronic network to transmit patient health information between health care providers in a timely, secure and confidential manner. This new system will replace phone, paper and fax transactions to improve delivery of patient care, accuracy of medical records, reduce costs, and protect patient information. The organization worked with 39 hospitals/organizations during 2017 accomplishing their goals.
