Annual conference - host an annual conference to provide Family Physicians and other healthcare professionals (pas, nps, rns, lpns), residents, medical students and administrative support staff with a comprehensive deep dive into current disease management, diagnosis, and treatment options focused on providing tools and guidelines for the entire healthcare team to boost and improve patient outcomes.
Healthcare transformation - njafp seeks to promote healthcare transformation, including practice transformation and quality improvement, through research and education, coaching, program support, and the promotion of other patient centered services and is a accredited provider of continuing medical education by the accreditation council for continuing medial education (accme).
