Program areas at Edge New Jersey
The residential program offers lgtbq+ and hiv+ individuals housing location services and assistance with emergency and permanent housing. Hiv+ persons may apply for and receive long-term rental assistance through several funding streams.
The education and prevention program aims to improve cultural competence, educate the community, and decrease stigma. Staff members visit schools, youth groups, social service agencies, government entities, corporations, and other organizations throughout the year to provide educational seminars.
The community based services provides medical and case management services, behavioral health counseling, full transportation, support groups and various social activities and educational seminars to hiv+ persons.
