The visitation program provides purposeful and frequent visits for children who are placed in out-of-home care with their Family members. (continued on schedule o. )the Family finding program is designed to help a child and their Family to make decisions in many critical areas such as to avoid out of home placement or to plan for the child's return home from an out-of-home placement.
