Discipleship counseling:at New Name Ministries, our philosophy and process make us unique compared to most other forms of Counseling. We use faith-based principles, spiritual truths, and a surrendered attitude that acknowledges the divine presence and leadership of god in every session. We create an environment for you to encounter god and experience freedom from your past, peace in your present, and hope for your future.while every person is different, our Counseling process typically takes anywhere from four to six months of weekly sessions. Each step of our process provides the framework needed for healing and growth. We create a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to be real and explore the depths of your life in a way that brings transformation and hope. No matter what you are facing in your current circumstances, whether it be depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or feeling stuck in life, we are here for you.
Essentials training:new Name essentials training is an in-depth classroom experience for those who are called to help and serve others who are struggling with life's issues. If you want to become a more effective counselor, mentor, leader, or friend, this course is designed for you. Through what you learn and experience, you will be equipped with the essentials needed to begin journeying with others or enhance your current ministry.new Name essentials training is designed to not only equip you to help others, but also provide you with the opportunity to grow in your relationship with god, yourself, and others. You will be challenged to take a deeper look into yourself through the class discussions and homework assignments.classes are held one evening a week for 20 weeks beginning in january.
Coaching leadership mentorship:executive coaching is designed for those who are in leadership positions or who aspire to leadership positions. Various assessment products are generally used at the beginning of the coaching engagement to help gain self-awareness and identify strengths, struggles, and competencies. Any leader who wants to strengthen their leadership, communication, and influence skills may benefit from executive coaching.career coaching works well for those in career transition and looking to explore opportunities in their vocational life. Various personality and strengths-based assessments may be used to help understand your unique, personal wiring and pursue opportunities most aligned with your values and interests. Career coaching also provides relational support through the uncertainty that comes with times of transition.life coaching provides an opportunity for those who want to work with a coach to understand their life purpose and gain greater clarity on what they want in life. Beliefs, values, and identity are explored as well as the importance of priorities and boundaries. Once priorities are established, boundaries become easier to identify and maintain, resulting in greater discernment over what is and what is not a good fit for you. Getting to know your full self, how you think and feel as well as how your body, soul, and spirit align, brings greater awareness of who you are, your giftedness, your calling. The coaching process can be useful in helping you sustain a life of balance and vitality.our coaching engagement generally lasts from 3-6 months (6-12 sessions), meeting twice per month.
