Participation in the Trust is voluntary and consists of retired employees of nyu grossman School of Medicine and its affiliates. The Trust holds assets of the plan, which are invested by the trustee or other appointed investment managers pursuant to the terms of the Veba Trust agreement. The assets of the Trust may only be used for the payment of benefits under the plan and for reasonable expenses incident thereto.
