Program areas at New York Yankees Foundation

The New York Yankees are committed to promoting and sustainingcordial and cooperative relationships with our neighbors andcommunity partners, working in conjunction with them to enhancethe quality of life throughout the surrounding communities. On amonthly basis, the New York Yankees Foundation allocates grants tovarious community-based organizations, which provide positiveeducational, recreational, and social outlets.
On a consistent basis, the New York Yankees offer guided tours atyankee stadium. Tickets can be purchased by the general public,and a portion of the proceeds are allocated to the New yorkyankees Foundation.
The New York Yankees Foundation and memorial sloan-ketteringcancer center partnered to establish the Yankees universe fund. Aportion of the proceeds generated from the sale of yankeesuniverse merchandise and team fan club packages are dedicated tothe cancer center's programs in pediatric patient care, researchand education.
