The Newcomb Historical Museum is dedicated to collecting, conserving, exhibiting, and interpreting appropriate and historically significant artifacts and reproductions, supporting and promoting awareness, and understanding and appreciating the diverse contributions of its citizenry. The Museum is also dedicated to encouraging Historical and genelogical research, developing a variety of educational programming for schools and the general public, and providing cultural enrichment for residents of and visitors to the adirondack park.
