THERAPY1,517 hours of speech and language therapy was provided for fee. 1,303 hours of reading therapy was provided for fee.3,218 hours of complimentary long-distance therapy, assessments and consultations were provided via remote video. 90 hours of complimentary speech, language and reading therapy were provided to families visiting GA during temporary breaks from their overseas duties.
CONFERENCESIn July 2022, 8 Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers travelled to Orlando, Florida to three conferences to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. 83 speech, language and reading evaluations were performed. 16 hours of articulation and reading therapy were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In January 2023, 1 Next Generation Therapy Services volunteer traveled to Thailand to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. 14 reading evaluations were performed. 4 hours of reading therapy were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In March 2023, 3 Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers traveled to Cambodia to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. 21 speech, language and reading evaluations were performed. 6 hours of articulation and reading therapy were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In April 2023, 4 Next Generation Therapy Services volunteers traveled to Turkey to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. 30 speech, language and reading evaluations were performed. 5 hours of articulation and reading therapy were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children. In June 2023, 1 Next Generation Therapy Services volunteer travelled to Orlando, FL to a conference to provide educational services and testing for families serving overseas. 8 reading evaluations were performed. 4 hours of reading therapy were performed. Parent consultations were conducted, follow-up therapy was provided and educational strategies were mapped out for children.
PUBLISHINGNext Generation Therapy Services continues to publish a comprehensive early literacy curriculum, Up-Words Reading. Sales of the Up-Words Reading curriculum continued via the web site to homeschool families, as well as, private and charter schools.
