Program areas at NH Made
The "New Hampshire stores", owned and operated by NH Made, provide members with retail exposure and experience at major interstate locations through a partnership with the NH liquor commission. Sales from the stores generate additional income for NH's small businesses and provide business development learning opportunities in the areas of product presentation, pricing, wholesale procedures and inventory management. The stores also generate income to help fund the organization and provide financial sustainability. In addition, these stores help to achieve our mission of increasing awareness, appreciation and demand for NH Made products, and provide exposure for the NH Made brand, our website nhmade.com (promoting all 800+ members) and the consumer focused "buy local New Hampshire" magazine.
Other achievements: NH Made promotes our members at a growing list of events throughout the year including: NH farm & forest expo; business NH's "Made in NH" expo; senator shaheen's "experience New Hampshire" event in dc; eastern states exhibition, and NH Made building at the deerfield fair.
Buy local New Hampshire: 50,000 copies of the magazine were distributed to consumers via all interstate visitor centers, information centers, manchester airport, targeted hotels, restaurants, lodging establishments and tourist attractions, as well as fairs, festivals, farmer's markets and members' events throughout the state.
