Through hands-on learning they also develop practical skills, such as how to pack efficiently, how to politely engage with restaurant staff, proper behavior in various social settings, and much more. Through exposing youth to diverse, structured learning experiences -- from camping excursions to formal dinners -- the program fosters personal growth and cultural awareness opportunities, and it instills positive knowledge and behavior participants will remember forever.
