No One Left Behind

No One Left Behind provided emergency financial assistance to 6,639 sivs in 93 cities in the form of checks or direct deposit. These funds were used to cover rent and grocery costs during the pandemic. Most of these families would have otherwise faced eviction and homelessness. These contributions provided much needed security for families, affording them the opportunity to focus on long-term resettlement and requirements like securing adequate employment.

No One Left Behind provided over 120 no-interest personal loans to sivs with monthly repayments deferred for 90 days and stretched across 2-3 years depending on the amount. As the loans are paid back, more loans are issued to other siv families. At the end of 2022, 95% of all loans were paid on time.

No One Left Behind provided 319 car grants and no-interest car loans for basic used vehicles. Nolb found that personal vehicles afford the single greatest opportunity for siv recipients to sustain long-term self-support and consistent transportation to and from their places of employment.
