Many mozambican women lack the necessary education to gain employment. Completing a vocational course, a literacy program, and/or a future farmers of mozambique program with No Poor Africa enables them to generate income for themselves and their families by promoting self-reliance.
No Poor Africa provides uniforms, materials, and support to mozambique girls resulting in a graduation rate of 80% compared to the national average of only 11%. The uniforms and support is provided by local community members to further advance their skills and contributions to their community. Upon graduation, No Poor Africa works closely with each girl to identify employment opportunities.
