Program areas at Nomad Church Collective
The Outpost: Our community center "The Outpost" is by far our largest expense due to building costs utilities and supplies.Patrons are typically though not exclusively homeless and can take showers use the restroom receive daily supplies and most importantly build meaningful and helpful relationships that equip for life change and spiritual enrichment. This program served 50-60 people daily.
Local Outreach: Nomad led an outreach team comprised of individuals from several local organizations. The Outreach team contacted and built relationships with homeless individuals living in encampments training case-workers service providers future healthcare practitioners and everyday volunteers in building helpful and meaningful relationships with the poor and marginalized.
Music Art Program: Providing the availability of musical instruments and art supplies for marginalized individuals to engage creatively for therapeutic and spiritual enrichment. Eventually this program will expand to offer lessons and a production quality to the created works. This program served 10-15 people daily.
