Learning Community Program: This Program aims to: 1 enable people and their communities to effect meaningful change in their lives through research and learning activities; and 2 generate knowledge about participatory human development through practical experience. Capacity building of people and their institutions is achieved at the grass-roots community level through this programs field-work.
