1. Author visits nb-fol funds the honorarium and travel expenses for acclaimed published authors to visit nbps and speak to students reference their book(s), the writing process, on being an author etc.
Community building literary programs: o literary luncheon o winter festival o books & chocolate parent book club o morning mingle/welcome breakfast o family movie night o reading incentives o literary carnival o volunteer appreciation event o student author publishing event
2. Fundraising programs: commemorative personalized bricks, plaques, and bookplates are available at different donation levels. the bricks, plaques and bookplates are installed in the ls media center and/or us learning commons' reading garden or tree of recognition.
