The system generates real time data on requests at 211counts.org, complaints, and services, alerting stakeholders to emerging needs and making it possible to direct resources to where they will do the most good.

No wrong door (nwd) is the name of a program under dhhs intended to make it easier for individuals, families, and caregivers of aging adults and/or people with disabilities to learn about and access the help they need to remain in their homes and communities. A key component of the nwd plan is to provide a "virtual front door" to long-term services and support (ltss) to assist these individuals. In North Carolina, nc 2-1-2111-1 will serve as the "virtual front door" to ltss services.
