Staffing services- managed the employment of over 500 Health staff in multiple Health departments throughout North Carolina including 180 employees hired specifically to provide vaccination support services during the pandemic. Medicaid consulting services- provided consulting services to local Health departments to train their staff on medicaid cost reporting, reviewed & verified the medicaid data generated by their information systems, and prepared and filed their medicaid cost reports.
