Resiliency Organizing Hubs serving 20 Tier 1 counties: Through two four-day retreats, we supported 40 BIPOC leaders from all our Hub anchoring organizations to engage in peer learning and leadership development. As a result, the Hubs were able to begin ongoing peer consultation on their respective community projects and strategic planning processes. We offered ongoing coaching and monthly capacity building to all Hubs. We offered ongoing training to all Hub anchoring organization and provided coordination among Hub partners. Led a community disaster canvass and are developing a participatory action research design for all the Hubs. Ran a summer internship program for 15 indigenous college students to campaign against the construction of a new liquefied natural gas facility in a majority indigenous community. They also worked together on a native agroforestry project. Documented and amplified Hub anchors' work via NCCJC's social media platforms; provided media training.
