Duke energy's helping home fund (hhf) is a free weatherization assistance program designed to help income-qualified duke energy North Carolina customers lower their energy bills, address energy-related health and safety issues, and improve the overall energy efficiency of their homes.
Healthy homes initiative program (hhi) - provides low-income families with the crucial hom repairs that they need to improve their overall health.
Diaper assistance program where low income families receive 100 diapers per month for their children by participating in agency programs like: job readiness training, educational and specialized learning programs, parenting classes and financial empowerment courses.
Re-entry program designed to provide financial support and training opportunities to individuals with criminal records.
Various other programs focused on providing services to the poor.
