Regulatory affairs: ncmha monitors, evaluates and takes action on issues affecting the Manufactured and Modular housing industry that come before the nc general assembly, local governments, us congress and courts.
State fair: ncmha sponsors a modular/manufactured home that is displayed at the nc state fair to educate the public and promote the industry.
Annual business meeting: ncmha hosts an annual business meeting which includes various meetings, speakers, educational programs for attendees. Registered housing specialist: ncmha offers a class to educate new salespersons and prepare them for the licensing test. Manufactured housing newsletter: ncmha produces a newsletter about the Manufactured & Modular housing industry and distributes to its membership. Membership directory: ncmha annually produces an updated membership directory which is distributed to all members.
