Program areas at North Carolina Pediatric Society

Fostering health nc continued to attach children in foster care to appropriate trauma-informed care provided through medical homes. This contract ended june 30th of 2023.
Ncpeds advocates to promote policies that improve child health and Pediatric practice. Advocacy efforts include a focus on child mental health, covid response and medicaid.
Ncpeds holds multiple in person and virtual educational events each year to bring together hundreds of physicians, advanced practitioners and Pediatric staff for edcuation and other benefits.
