North Coast Community Homes develops and maintains safe, comfortable, and affordable high-quality housing in Northeast Ohio for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other disabilities. With a mission to provide safe, comfortable, and affordable homes for people with developmental disabilities, NCCH owns 165 properties while also providing property management services for 39 properties owned by others. Through this effort, nearly 700 Ohioans with disabilities are ensured safe and comfortable housing.
