During 2020, the organization received 420 requests for assistance in recovering from the devastating effects of hurricaine michael for a total of 1343 to date. Of those, a total of 842 cases were closed by the end of the year through debris removal, home repairs, and other unmet needs. In 2021 the organization continued working to help those impacted by the devastation of 2018's hurricane michael. The year began with more than 500 open cases, and received 185 additional cases through the year. Of those 686 cases, 441 were closed through disaster case management and hurricane Recovery projects. During 2022, the organization continued to provide assistance in recovering from the devasting effects of hurricane michael through debris removal, home repairs, and new home builds.
