Program areas at Northeast Hearth Patio and Barbecue Association
The organization held an in-person event on march 11-13, 2023, in louisville, ky. 175 members attended. Additionally, our organization held a networking event on march 11, 2023 where upcoming events, government affairs and q&a was discussed.
Nehpba held over 45 in-person meetings between district legislators and retailers to discuss technology and legislation. These meetings included the house representative(s) or senator(s) in the dealer's region.
An industry in-person event was held june 11-13, 2023. business roundtables were held which discussed topics including: human resources and staffing, government affairs and legislative updates, the future of the industry, and best practices. Certification course was also held for retail employees. There were also ceus courses held for building officials, home inspectors and ahjs in new england and new york. Additionally, distributors & manufacturers held educational dealer meetings on upcoming and new product lines. There was also an outdoor products showcase for dealers to view products.
