Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership

In 2023, Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership's activities assisted 2 businesses entities expand or establish a new business operation in Northeast Indiana and located 3 new business entities in the region; the sourcing of 75 new projects; the issuance of 41 projects to our network local economic development organizations; engaging with 10,500 new business contacts which generated 351 new leads, both domestically and internationally; 80 projects in the active project pipeline into 2024; conducted 14 targeted lead generation campaigns; engaged with 1,349 site selectors and national brokers; orchestrated 4 site consultant roadshows; hosted the "in the north" site consultant familiarization tour with 8 consultants; executed 39 sales missions; facilitated 94 direct introductions between ledos, the iedc, site consultants, and potential projects; continued support of the Regional development authority with the administration of the readi funding allocation from the state.
