Scholarships - The Foundation manages 78 endowments dedicated to providing tutition scholarshps for NEO students. These scholarships span all disciplines. Interest earnings grow annually, ensuring continued support for students.
Community Development - The Foundation participates in various community engagement initiatives including management of the Picher Fund. In addition to providing scholarships for students connected to the Picher community, the Picher Fund also supports the community's annual reunion.
