The organization has reached the public through sponsorship at events, ads, and through a dedicated website (kyroots.org). The website was developed to be is a useful resource for the public on planting and caring for trees. The organization holds an annual event reforest Northern ky. It is an all- volunteer event to help restore native Kentucky woodlands. Volunteers help plant seedlings at locations across the three county area in Northern Kentucky.
