Northern Nevada HOPES is a not-for-profit community health center located in downtown Reno, Nevada, offering integrated medical, behavioral health, and supportive services to over 12,452 patients, the majority of which are low income. The list of services offered includes primary medical, ultrasound and x-ray, on-site lab, on-site pharmacy, chronic disease management, behavioral health including intensive outpatient therapy, substance use treatment including medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction, psychiatry, case management, and housing assistance.
