Northwest Health Foundation Fund Ii's (nwhf Fund Ii) civic Health initiative provides project specific support, capacity building and technical assistance to organizations to give them the tools to support strong, enduring civic engagement in their communities to shape policies for good Health.
Northwest Health Foundation Fund Ii (nwhf Fund Ii) manages the advancing disability justice program, a collaboration with other donors to support organizations with grants and capacity building to support the leadership of people with disabilities and to build community connections and address ableism.
The justice reinvestment equity program (jrep) seeks to reduce incarceration, promote healing for survivors of violence, and advance community safety in Oregon. Jrep invests in culturally specific organizations and culturally responsive providers that serve the communities most harmed and least helped by the criminal legal system, including black, indigenous, latinx, pacific islander, and other communities of color. Jrep provides groups with project specific grants and access to a robust capacity-building program.
