Program areas at Northwest Infant Survival Alliance Sids Foundation
Safe start offers free classes in safe Infant sleep, car seat safety, Infant and child first aid and cpr and childbirth. We provide new car seats, portable cribs and sleepsacks to caregivers in the Northwest. We also provide training to medical professionals, caregivers, first responders, childcare providers, homevisiting agencies and students on safe Infant sleep, car seat safety and other child health and safety topics.
Healing together provides support and companionship to those suffering a pregnancy, Infant or child loss. We provide monthly peer to peer online social hours, a 24 hour support hotline, memorial events, phone and email support, professional counseling referrals, emotional support packets and access to our share hope memorial garden.
