We provided economic opportunity for farmers and food producers through our 3 farmers markets. We operated Nourish Markets on 96 days, saw over 171,000 visitors, hosted 160 small businesses, and celebrated 20 seasons of the Market Square Farmers Market.
We encouraged healthy habits through Nourish Moves at the Market Square and New Harvest Farmers Markets. Over 1,560 people took 8,353,392 steps and spent $14,500 in Produce Bucks with local farmers.
We empowered children to participate in the local food system through Nourish Kids in 7 counties. Over 2,100 children spent $20,631 in Produce Bucks on fresh fruits and vegetables with local farmers.
