Program areas at NuPath

Residential - support to individuals with disabilities to enable them to become vital, productive and independent members of their communities. Services include a variety of residential options, community living and safety skills, financial and money management, advocacy and case management, clinical consultation, health and nutrition education, etc.
Day habilitation - clinical treatment program that provides a variety of developmental skills training programs based on individual needs and interests. Services include occupational, physical, speech, music and pet therapy, clinical support and consultation, adaptive equipment evaluation and implementation, etc.
Supported employment/vocational services - this community based day supports program is designed to help clients transition from school to work, obtain meaningful employment and live happy, fulfilled and independent lives. The placement department builds on the organization's continuum of services to help people secure, maintain and excel at their jobs.
Transportation - fleet of passenger vans, station wagons, mini-vans and wheelchair vans meet the transportation needs of Nupath's clients every day, making the trip to work and other programs safe and comfortable.
Individual supports - Nupath provides staff supports between 10 to 15 hours a week to assist individuals that are capable of living on thier own nad need limited supports (i.e., oversight of medication, social interation, food shopping and other daily skills).
Navigating life - is a private social networking application designed exclusively for human services to provide exceptional service delivery and support.
