Construction of the organization's first affordable apartment was finalized in 2001. This entity provides low-income senior citizens affordable housing by enabling them to meet eligibility requirements to rent an apartment. There are volunteers that assist the seniors and coordinate benefits from other agencies to help bring needed services to the residents. There are 65 apartments unites available for rent and all of those unites are occupied by low-income seniors.
