In order to meet the economic, social, cultural and convention needs of the lanier county community, the Oaklawn Civic Center Foundation provides a multi-purpose meeting facility available for rent and use by various groups and members of the general public.- during 2020, the facility was rented out several times by various non-profit community groups.
Dedications to other not-for-profit entities in the local community.- use of our facility was donated many times during 2020 to other non-profit groups. During 2020, Oaklawn partnered with the lanier county board of education to give students in this county a home to showcase their schools' bands and drama students. Additionally to give a place where the student sports could be honored with annual banquets.
