Oakwood Memorial Park

To acquire, hold, improve, maintain, dispose of and encumber not to exceed 320 acres of real estate in the county of Los Angeles, state of California, for Cemetery purposes and for the burial of the dead, including the purchasing, leasing, erection, establishment, operation and maintenance of buildings and appliances to be used exclusively for the purpose of cremating human bodies. To purchase, lease and hold lands necessary for cremation purposes and/or erection of columbariums for the entombing of ashes of human bodies cremated, whether enclosed in metal, stone or cement vases, and for the purpose of acquiring, holding, erecting, conducting and maintaining mausoleums having crypts therein for the entombing of the dead.
